You can see the competencies lend themselves to being tailored to include your organisations context and content. There is a reasonable scope to tailor the course to your individual needs, or indeed run a variety of courses parallel within your organisation for the coal face and supervisors (or even management).  I would suggest the fraud set of electives if financial analysis is the focus of your needs, ethical standards if workplace behaviours and governance is the main concern and the leadership set if there is a mix.

Our course is through a variety of pathways, classroom, distributed and on-line to meet your needs. Similarly Recognition of prior learning is available using a range of flexible methods and procedures.
